What is ReviewFlow?
ReviewFlow is an AI-assisted Google review reply service for UK businesses. It monitors your Google Business Profile, drafts replies to new reviews in your brand’s voice, and either posts them automatically or sends them to you for approval, edit, or rejection before anything goes live.
Who is this actually for?
Any UK business that gets Google reviews and doesn’t have the time to reply to every one quickly. Built with dental and medical practices, restaurants and cafés, hotels, salons, and retail businesses specifically in mind.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. Setup is granting manager access to your Google Business Profile and telling us how your business talks to customers.
Control & safety
Will my review replies sound like a generic AI wrote them?
No — ReviewFlow learns your brand voice and writes every reply specifically for the review it’s replying to.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything the AI isn’t confident about gets sent to you for approval before it posts, with a plain-English reason why.
Do I have to approve every single reply?
No. You set the threshold — positive reviews can post automatically, and only the ones that need a human eye come to you.
What counts as a review that needs my approval?
Anything below your chosen star-rating threshold, and anything flagged for a safety, legal, or authenticity concern — regardless of rating.

ReviewFlow checks for an existing reply before it ever posts anything, so it won’t overwrite a reply you’ve already written.
Can I turn off automatic posting entirely?
Yes — set your auto-approve threshold so nothing posts without your explicit sign-off.
How is this different?

Google’s native AI reply tool isn’t available in the UK yet, and even where it exists, it doesn’t give you an approval gate or a monthly performance report.
How is this different from a generic review management platform?
Most review platforms bundle review replies into a much larger, more expensive reputation-management suite. ReviewFlow does one thing, with a specific focus on brand voice and approval control.
Could I just do this myself for free with ChatGPT?
You could draft individual replies yourself, but you’d still need to catch every new review manually and post it every time. ReviewFlow automates the watching, drafting, and posting.

What data do you access?
