About

We built this because "fully automated" isn't what most businesses actually want

Why this exists

Most AI tools that handle public-facing tasks are built around one idea: remove the human entirely. That's a reasonable goal for a lot of software. It's the wrong goal for something posting words in your business's name, in public, permanently attached to your Google listing.

ReviewFlow started from the opposite premise: the AI's job is to make replying fast and easy, not to make the decision for you. Every reply that could matter goes to you first. You stay the one who decides what your business actually says.

Built with a QA mindset

Reliability isn't an afterthought here — it comes from a background in quality assurance and delivery leadership across financial services, where the cost of something going wrong in production isn't hypothetical. That same discipline shaped how ReviewFlow handles the moments that matter most: nothing posts without checks, nothing overwrites a reply you've already written yourself, and anything uncertain gets escalated rather than guessed at.

What we believe

Speed matters, but not at the cost of control. A fast reply that embarrasses you is worse than a slower one that doesn't.

Every business sounds different, and replies should too. A template with your name on it isn't a real reply.

The riskiest reviews deserve the most human attention, not the least. That's why sensitive reviews are the ones that always come to you.
